JOSE LUIS SEGURA TORRES
Founder and owner
In 1955 he founds the company in a small workshop in Madrid, with a team of young motivated people. The company grows until in 1970, to attend the increasing manufacturing volume, it finally establishes in Leganés with the construction of a new factory to host 25 employees. Although José Luis is currently retired, he still helps in special operations, and with the acquisition of complex equipment. He also keeps a close friendship with the people who worked with him in the early days, some of whom are still working for the company, others are already retired but still in close contact.
JOSÉ LUIS SEGURA PICO
Executive Manager
As a Mechanical Engineer from the Universidad Politécnica of Madrid, he joined the company in 1990 with the goal of implementing the Quality Certified ISO 9001 standard. He also took charge of management tasks to finally become the General/ Executive Management of the company. He also deals with international trade, mainly with Germany and France.
JOSÉ LUIS GATO CASADO
Manufacturing Manager
He joined Segura Hermanos in 2006 as head of the Manufacturing Department as well as Human Resources. He has an extended knowledge of Labor Relations and of Occupational Safety and Health
BEATRIZ RUBIO
Accounting Department
She is in charge of accounting, payrolls and taxes, and in general of activities related to the daily paperwork with suppliers, customers and financial institutions.
ROSA SAN MILLAN
International Department
Part of the company since 2012, she is responsible of the international trade. She speaks English and German fluently, and is in touch with the heads of the manufacturing departments of various companies throughout the European Union.
VICENTE VARA
Quality Control Department
He is in charge of guaranteeing the quality of the manufacturing parts, as well as of the acquired raw material. He is also concerned with other tasks related to the client's satisfaction with the sold product.
JOSE LUIS MUÑOZ RODRIGUEZ
Administration
He joined the Company in 2018, with more than 30 years of experience in the Metal sector, to take responsibility for the daily management of suppliers, cost and investment planning, reporting and statistics. Also of the computer system, both at the management level and the production level.
